2. Customized Apparel Terms
a. Customers may submit their own designs for customized apparel via email at www.melanatedconcepts.com.
b. By submitting a design, you confirm that you own or have legal permission to use the provided design.
c. We reserve the right to reject any design that contains offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.
d. Once a custom design order is placed and approved, it is final and non-refundable.
e. Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs meet our quality standards. We are not responsible for issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted images.
f. Production and delivery timelines for custom apparel will be communicated at the time of purchase. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Melanated Concepts LLC.
3. Orders & Payment
a. Orders are only processed upon receipt of full payment.
b. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
c. Prices are subject to change without notice.
d. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started.
4. Shipping & Delivery
a. We ship within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request.
b. Delivery times vary based on location and order complexity. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
c. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect details.
d. Any damage or loss during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
5. Returns & Exchanges
a. Customized products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
b. Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
c. Customers must cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
6. Intellectual Property
a. All content on this website, including images, text, and designs (excluding customer-submitted designs), is the property of Melanated Concepts LLC through wix.com and their 3rd party sopurces and protected by copyright laws.
b. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. Melanated Concepts LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
b. We do not guarantee that our website will always be available or free from errors.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
